Acceptance

By downloading or using SkillUnlock, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

SkillUnlock grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on your personal Mac computers. A single purchase covers all Macs you personally own and use.

Free trial

SkillUnlock offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, a valid license key is required to continue using the app.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with SkillUnlock, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Puzzle content

Chess puzzles in SkillUnlock are sourced from the Lichess open puzzle database, which is available under the Creative Commons CC0 license.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense SkillUnlock
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Share your license key with others

Disclaimer

SkillUnlock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillUnlock's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
